Our mission

KW Shares is a non-profit organization founded by real estate agents who believe in ongoing interaction with and support for the communities they serve. By and through its members, KW Shares provides financial and physical resources to assist in meeting the needs of the community so that everyone enjoys a more rewarding and abundant quality of life. One hundred percent of KW Shares’ time is allocated to this purpose, and it is funded by donations from its members and the public.

Our story

2013Mission in motion
KW Shares was founded by Keller Williams agents committed to serving their communities through ongoing financial and physical support.
2019Holiday roots
Agents in Harrisburg began pooling portions of commissions to provide meals and gifts for local families in need.
2021Official nonprofit status
KW Shares became a 501(c)(3), allowing donations to remain agent-driven and fully transparent.
2024Real lives, real impact
Direct grants supported agent families, Toys for Tots, and local nonprofits including I Am Able.
